Thank you for acknowledging the fact that I'm smart with your Einstein comment. However the author already blocked me, I thought she'd delete the comment after she decided she didn't like what I said although I was still being respectful, but I guess not.
He did aid in causing the accident but at the same time he didn't. He wasn't the one who hit the girl with the car. Taylor took the brunt of everything cause she wanted Aloe to live since she loves her. That's not Drakes fault. The only thing he's at fault for is taking Aloe's possession and then throwing it in the middle of the street. To charge him with murder would be useless seeing as he didn't actually do anything to murder Taylor. If anything he'd get charged with taking another possession and even that would be hard to charge him with. He'd probably only get up to a $500 fine for a Class C offense if anything. But at the end of the day it's fictional so the author can come up with whatever laws she wants for her book.
