And you have returned, hello there.

Hiya, long post ahead so buckle up folks! First, I want to apologize for being inactive for so long, I have a tendency to do that as you may have noticed, but I want to assure you I’ve been working hard behind the scenes! Unfortunately life seems to enjoy keeping me busy, but I feel bad keeping everyone in the dark, so this is just be an update post if you’re interested in where I’ve been or my writing projects! 
          
          Life Update: Unsurprisingly I’m an awkward loner, so even when I’m working, I don’t think about posting or know what to say. I often find myself busy with school or work, and that leaves me less time for writing. However, I want to assure you all I’m not quitting, so even though projects are slow, they are coming!
          
          Writing Update: I’m excited to say the first two books of the BIO-Z trilogy are now entirely plotted out, and the third is currently in the works! After a long time I finally have a series I’m happy with, and I can’t wait to show it to you all! So what does this mean for all you readers right now? Well, I’m happy to confirm official writing on the first book is underway! I’m hoping to release the first chapter sometime within the next few days, and after that more updates are to come! Said updates will be sporadic and will likely depend on what goes on in my life week by week. I can promise you it’s coming though, and I’m hoping all of you will enjoy it as much as I do! So be on the look out folks, BIO-Z: Daybreak begins very very soon!
          
          Lastly, I am starting work on a fluff romance story! Why am I starting this? There are two big reasons! The first is that the first ever story I ever wrote was also a romance, and I’d love to write another, this time one I will put more effort and care into. The second reason is that I tend to jump back and forth between projects. My hope is that when this inevitably happens, I will actually have a story I can also focus on releasing to you all!

So, BIG update announcement for ya’ll! You all know I’ve decided to only work on projects I’m truly fond of and enjoy, and that’s what I’ve been doing with my current work “BIO-Z” over the past few months. It’s been truly wonderful, and I’ve found my head full of amazing and exciting ideas for this story and where it will go. However, you may have noticed the halt in updates, as things are certainly changing~
          
          I’m pleased to announce that “BIO-Z” as you’ve come to know it is no longer just a singular book title, but rather the title of a trilogy of books! That’s right, my little zombie story has grown into an entire series that will have many thrills, heart wrenches, and surprises along the way!
          
          But those of you who have read so far may be wondering, “Kat, what does this mean for the work you’ve already completed and published?” Well, that story so far has actually become the 2nd book of the trilogy! This means it won’t be getting any new updates until the first book is completed, of course. But don’t you fret, dear reader! There’s no need to worry, as what you’ve read so far will remain the same as always there, just updated and better! Think of what you’ve seen as more of a preview of coming attractions! I know it may be a weird change out of nowhere like this, but I hope I can count on your continued support and love through this sudden adjustment! I promise by the end, it will definitely be worth it! Anyway, this post is definitely long enough XD, so I’ll end it off by saying thank you to all of you guys, your support and the joy you find in my work is what motivates me to keep going!

Whoop! Chapter 3 of BIO-Z is finally out :3 Editing takes twice as long as the actual writing XD and there’s still probably plenty of typos and whatnot, but I hope you all enjoy!!

An Honest Update: Why I Disappeared & My Return
          
          So as some may recall, I used to be active here sporadically writing a small little story for fun. That was well over a year ago, and after serious consideration I ended up deleting that story for the sole reason of: I just wasn’t satisfied with it. I have no problem writing NSFW themes, and I don’t see anything wrong with them, but I don’t want that to be the only type of work I’m known for, and that’s really all that story ever was. 
          
          I knew I could do better then that, and I knew I wanted to write something more fitting for me personally. I’m very sorry for anyone who liked that old story and had hoped for it to continue. But it stopped being something I was passionate about, it felt like a chore rather than an exciting project, and for quite a while I wasn’t writing at all. At the time my personal life also became rather overwhelming, and that certainly wasn’t beneficial.
          
          However! Writing is still something I love, and for years now I’ve been attempting to craft stories I truly love and want to work on! I can’t promise that it’ll be fast, or that it’ll be the greatest thing you’ve ever read, but I can promise that from now on my works will be only things I’m passionate about writing and that I’ve hand crafted with nothing but love and respect! And if you have read this post in its entirety, thank you, and I truly hope that you’ll enjoy my future projects.
