Hi! Just wanted to say thanks so much for reading my story and leaving a comment! To your question: I don't really want to make any drastic changes to the original story or to Anakin as a character, and I think him turning to the dark side is pretty much essential for his character. So that answers it I guess. The specific scene idea you mentioned is definitely something I have in mind for the ending.
