@IllegalSunflower If you want you’re welcome to check out one of my stories for an idea of description and dialogue and stuff. I still have a lot of editing to go myself but it should help you get an idea for the feel and flow of dialogue!
@IllegalSunflower I probably won’t write a book like that unless I’m super famous and can afford to lol BUT Stephen King’s “On Writing” is literally exactly that! He is hilarious and he gives so much amazing writing advice, thing I hadn’t ever considered before. Read it, it’ll change your life trust me!
Because I don’t plan on posting all of my untitled project, I’ve decided to post a short story I wrote for a creative writing class in college.
“The Stranger” will be posted in small passages sporadically as I am able to edit them. I hope to expand the story now that I don’t have a page limit, so the different parts may be changed and grouped together to make larger ones the more I add to it.
I love this trope and I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it! Feel free to leave comments and/or critique as you read.
