I took almost a year off. I was on a reading journey last year and focused on getting back to my love of reading instead of my passion for writing. I want to have a little more of a balance this year. I have started with a new story. I plan on revisiting my other works as well. Feels good to be back though.

After a little bit of a writing hiatus I finished another chapter! I have been reading non stop the last two weeks and it's hard to snap out of that to write lol.

Sorry to delay the posting the awards announcements until tomorrow but I have to re-read a couple of stories to see if I can break some ties! I will have the score cards and reviews posted mid afternoon tomorrow. I won't have a break from work until then! You all did great and I will post winners ASAP tomorrow!
Just an update on this! I am supposed to post the results tomorrow! This week I was supposed to get all the judging done... Then wound up sick in bed most of the week, my kid was sick, husband went to the ER, one sister in law had her baby and another one had to put her dog down the next day. So it's been a week! I have SEVEN more stories to read. I have been reading the first 2-3 chapters of each book. I will be posting the score cards for everyone with a review tomorrow. We are going to meet my niece if she is out of the NICU and going to go see my in-laws tomorrow so it will be LATE CST when I post the results! Thank you all for participating!

Just a mini writing/judging update! I am a teacher and we have grades due this week for the quarter so that is my life until Friday! Next week is Spring Break so I will be dropping my kiddo off at Day Care and going home to read and write to my hearts content. I will also be judging A LOT! I have 3 different awards that I am judging right now and most of that will be done next week!
Side note: BOTH of my ONC submissions made it past round one! Feel free to check out Darlin' and The Society of Eve!
