your script is perfectly fine being messy i just like to try to keep mine organized. i’ve been using an extended julia method guided meditation. also when i start to get shifting symptoms i focus more on actually just being in my dr and try to visualize it. shifting takes time tho you just have to believe you’ll do it and not give up
