Just over a year ago I joined Slimming World and I have now lost an amazing 7 stone.  Amy's story is fictional but some of the things that happen to her have happened to me.  As an avid writer my stories are usually based around the paranormal. This story was different, it demanded to be written and I was happy to oblige.  My weight loss journey is still continuing and this story is for anyone who has ever struggled with their weight or been on a diet.  I wish you all the best...
