I am a Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor in Texas. I have been in practice over 14 years and have learned so much in that time. My specialty is Post Traumatic Stress in military and first responders, but I see civilians too! My passion is education about this problem, the fact that it is healable and non permanent, and removing the shame. A good plain English explanation for those who struggle and those who love them is my ultimate dream. 

I have loved to write my entire life and am a published ghostwriter for other therapists and a blogger in the field of mental health.  I feel like It's time to publish my own work, both fiction and nonfiction. I'm a voracious reader and a perpetual learner.
