@KatsRoses_29 For "Winter's...", if I remember all the details correctly, you can keep everything else the same if you just change the names of all the characters (including the pets). Doing so would effectively make it no more recognizable than "Almas" already it. The original setting of "Winter's.." was already different: a university where the characters are philosophy students / volleyball players. In other words, nothing like the characters they were originally based on. You can even keep the physical descriptions of each character, because those could apply to anyone. The Bulgakov novel can easily stay because 1) changing it would require major re-writes that I don't think are necessary, and 2) it is already a well-known modern Russian classic that is studied around the world, and familiar even to people who know nothing about V&M. (I had heard of it, and Bulgakov, long before the first time I saw the M&M performance.)
