Update time:
          I am so excited! The Lost Duckling has, as of right now, 1,000 reads! 1,000!!! I honestly never thought that it would get this far and I'm so honored that people are reading and enjoying it! 
          This is a thank you to everyone who has read, voted, shared, commented, and enjoyed my little project! I'm so grateful for you all!
          To celebrate, I'm going to be posting my first short story in my collection of short stories sometime earlier than originally planned- later tonight/ early tomorrow. If you are into aliens and science-fiction type stuff be sure to stick around for that!
          The Lost Duckling will be updated soon as well, so check up on that whenever you get the chance.

Hey hey hey so six months later I'm back and finally managing to get my hectic life under some sort of control. Yay! 
          
          First off, I'm so sorry its been an eternity since I updated, I really am. Good news, there is a new chapter up in the Lost Duckling and they will keep coming! It is my summer resolution to make sure that this story gets done by the time school starts up again. Hold me to it! Your comments and votes are what keep me going!
          
          Secondly, to add to my collection, I am going to start taking requests and short story prompts! So if anyone has an idea hit me up! I'm open to writing pretty much anything.
          
          Okay with all that out of the way, I hope everyone has a good night and a great summer! You'll be seeing more from me very soon (this time I PROMISE!)

Ok chapter 8 is published! More college stuff, but it will start to get more interesting soon, I promise. If you guys have seen the original prompt, you'll know where the story is going. . I want to thank all of you for staying with me during my terrible updating schedule. I wish I could update more often but I am so busy. I'm going to try an update a month until summer break, when I'll have slightly more free time. No more 6 month hiatus though, pinky promise! I'm shocked at how many views my little story has gotten, right now over 700! That means 100 people have read each part so far, and I really can't thank you enough! I can't believe this has been going on for a year already. I hope you all have happy holidays and nice winter breaks!
