I need to tell you this, and spread this around. I'm hoping someday BTS can read this.

So I've been a BTS fan since January 2020 when I heard 'IDOL'. I love all of BTS' songs and I love the dancing. But there's also something else. Anyone can get on a stage and sing a great song. But BTS has this sense of genuine concern and care for each other and their fans, the precious ARMY. I was reading a special edition of the TIME magazine and I learned that when BTS first formed, they went through some difficult times. RM was getting judged for joining an idol group. However, he held strong. Taehyung lost his grandmother a few years back, and that moment was devastating for him. What I love is that Jimin and the other members were there to comfort him in that moment. And that's what sets BTS apart: Their support for each other and their concern for mental health issues.

I know this was a long thing to read, but I had to say that. So if you ever hear anything about BTS being "weak" or "sissys" (my friend Katie says that) Remember this. Crying is okay. Being emotional is okay. It's okay. Show your emotions, and most of all:

          Love Yourself.

To BTS if you ever find this: I hope you know how much you mean to us ARMYs. Keep doing what you're doing.

          Much love,
          Alex
