Oh I’m glad! Don’t give up on the things you enjoy. And always try to find some time to set aside for yourself (and mental health) whether it’s writing, a hobby, meditation, pampering yourself, or just burning a candle of your favourite sent. It’s really important to help yourself stay resilient and keep a strong mindset to face all the crap LIFE tend to throw at us (which I too am still trying to remember to do - take Time-Out, heehee). Also finding an activity that works as a stress outlet, that allows you to switch your brain off and focus on a something else as a type of distraction (kind of giving your brain time to breathe) is also important (All excellent advice from a psychologist I’ve worked with, and the techniques actually work, even for my pain management, douse take practice though to turn that damn brain off!! But I hope you find strategies that will help you manage and cope with your own situation and find balance. With that I wish you every success!
Also I’m very much looking forward to your next written works. But also with that, don’t allow it to become overwhelming or too much pressure or it will go from an enjoyable experience and become more like a tiresome task, loosing its appeal and your motivation and creative inspiration along with it. Only do what you enjoy, when you enjoy to keep optimum creative juices flowing. First and foremost you are writing for you, for us readers it’s just a privilege for us to have you share your talents. Happy writing!
