At least that way an author can try to make their work fit whatever standards Wattpad demands and they (Wattpad) can reserve "deleting" the work of the author if they have been warned several times that their work is inappropriate for being on Wattpad lol. That would make the most sense to me, but then again my experience in managing something like Wattpad amounts to a whopping zero. :D :D
