Now I have 33?!

Guys I think I have issues. This morning I had nineteen followers. I sighed and said " I wish I had more followers" about five minutes later I had 23 followers. And like every thirry minutes I get like two more followers. But this is not good, because they're all like sketchy accounts with bad stuff, so I don't follow back and I feel rude!! HELP!
