I am a 34 yr old Mother, Lover , daughter and a sufferer of Fibromyalgia. 

6 Yrs ago I was bed bound 4 days a week and using crutches and a walking stick to be mobile. Now today I can proudly say I ran  a 10k and raised £500 for FMAUK and raised lots of awareness. 

I wrote a book, telling my story of my first few yrs with Fibro. I am currently writing a new book - the aftermath and continuance.
