Help it's undertales 10th anniversary this year and I'm literally going insane

I just learned that I've been getting math scores meant for my grade even though my class is a grade higher and I'm having a crisis 
          
          I thought it was normal to be behind bc of the algorithm but now I think I'm just behind and i cant do anything about it, I'm not good enough and my teacher said that if the test is too hard then i cant make it through the rest of the year
          
          I'm not good enough to be in this class i don't deserve this

I need to stop ghosting people
          
          It's getting to the point where I'll do it by accident, and then feel guilty to the point that I cant face the person I ghosted so I ghost them even more out of anxiety
          
          I hate myself 

I LOVE DELAYING MY LEAST FAVORITE PART OF OMORI BY DOING SIDE QUESTS FIRST SO THAT I DONT NEED TO GO INTO HUMPHREY FOR HOURS ON END

You ever really obsessed with a game but it's really sad and theres only like 3 specific places in the game that comfort you, and you dont want to progress in the game because then you'll be sad again <3
