          "One step at a time, Pumpkin. One step at a ti-". Athan couldn't complete his sentence because he was interrupted by a sudden screech from Carla who was yelling at Owen to stop the car.
          
          "There's a little squirrel there Owen. Step on the break!!".
          I craned my neck to see what she was talking about and indeed, there was a little red squirrel right there, nibbling on it's food as it stared straight at us. We were getting too close to it, Owen pressed the horn multiple times but it didn't even budge, even cocking it's head a little.
          
          It's eyes continued boring holes into us and it was starting to make me feel uncomfortable. It was like it was looking only at me, trying to tell me something, and it was definitely not going to be anything good.
          
          I heard Owen let out strings of curses as he swerved the car sharply to the right making me snap out of the animal's hypnotic gaze with a jolt....
