          Good news—I’m officially back from my family vacation! After surviving family road trips, endless photos, and answering the question "Are we there yet?" approximately 847 times, I'm finally home and ready to write again.

          I want to sincerely apologize for not posting a new chapter of Marked by an Alpha, Broken by the World this week.
          
          I'm currently on vacation with my family and taking some time away to enjoy these moments with them. Because of that, I haven't been able to work on the story as much as I normally would.
          
          Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and continued support. It truly means a lot to me that so many of you are following this journey.
          
          The good news is that I'll be back next week, and new chapters will resume then! I can't wait to share what happens next with all of you.

Apparently my ADHD decided one ongoing series wasn’t enough chaos… so I just realized I now have THREE different draft series open at the same time — and every single one is only halfway done. 
          
          One draft is crying in the corner.
          One is staring at me like a disappointed parent.
          And the third one keeps spawning new side characters instead of progressing the plot.
          
          At this point, I’m not writing stories anymore. I’m collecting unfinished emotional support projects. 
          
          Pray for me, my tabs, and my last remaining brain cell. Updates are coming… eventually… probably… unless another idea kidnaps me first.

To everyone who’s been following Marked by an Alpha, Broken by the World from the very beginning… thank you so much for staying with this chaotic emotional rollercoaster ❤️
          
          A new chapter has finally been uploaded! I hope this chapter makes you laugh a little, cry a little, scream at the characters a little… basically the full package. Please continue loving these stubborn people as much as I do 
          And yes, before anyone asks—my ADHD absolutely fought me while writing this chapter. I opened the document to write one scene and somehow ended up:
          
          reorganizing my playlist,
          researching baby names for characters that don’t even exist yet,
          staring at the wall dramatically,
          and rereading one paragraph 17 times because I forgot what I was doing.
          
          But we made it. Barely. 
          
          I truly hope this story can continue giving all of you comfort, excitement, and something to look forward to after a long day. Your comments, reactions, screaming in caps lock, and emotional damage reports honestly keep me motivated to continue writing 
          
          Now go read the new chapter… and prepare your hearts because peace never lasts long in this series

          Yes, any moment. As in: the plot is currently putting on its shoes and I’m not allowed to rush it. 
          But here’s the real update: for the next few chapters, things are going to be a little softer. Less emotional damage. More… lovey dovey behavior. The kind where characters accidentally look at each other and suddenly forget how words work.
          
          So don’t worry.
          
          No heartbreak marathon. No emotional cliff diving. Time for readers to relax.
          
          Just two characters being annoyingly sweet. 
          
          Think of it as:
          "Romance is covering the shift.”
          
          Also, if anyone asks where the plot went, I didn’t lose it. It’s just “mentally unavailable” right now.
