Hi,
That piece of writing was indescribable, and simply amazing in its profound truth. It was wise and most strikingly, relatable, more than many people in my life would ever know. In life we often forget we are not alone in the feeling of loneliness, and then it becomes so easy to withdraw into yourself and sometimes picking up the phone to tell a friend becomes so difficult. What if they don't understand You don't even really understand yourself so how will anyone else?
So you take the fake smile test and the "I'm okay/ Just tired" exam, and pass, or fail. But the results are the same.
The inspiration in the piece, was the part where it reminds you that only you can save you; from yourself and past wounds. Because it's true and scary that you have to trust yourself so much.
It was uplifting, like a speech from one person whose gone through a storm to others who are or where or will be. I think it should be shared, to remind people that it's okay, we all bleed and we can yet rise.
P.S Your narrative voice is strong, a self journey novel in today's world, from a voice as strong as yours would be a breath of fresh air in the literature sphere.
(p.s.s. I didn't realize how long this was, sorry if it seems long wended, but I felt like I had to describe it thoroughly).
:)
