I found your profile through your message to Crystal Scherer.
If you're taking lithium and having issues with side effects you may want to talk to your doctor about the trying lithium orotate. I recently found on the internet that lithium orotate may give the same benefit as the lithium carbonate generally used, at a significantly lower dose with less side effects.
Apparently lithium orotate was originally sidelined because a side effects study comparing it to
ausvirgo
(continued) lithium carbonate did not allow for the lower dose needed with with lithium orotate, and found markers for a higher long term use risk to kidneys. Your doctor would be able to monitor to see if these markers show up at the lower dose.
P.S.: Now that I've contacted you I guess that I had better look at your works.
