How do you get going when the motivation isn't there? Finding it so hard to sit down to work this week

How many books in advance do you plan for a series? Or do you just have a general outline and then expand from there for each one?

Making stuff is tiring. I’m tired. 

Bad writing day: "Oh no, I haven't got enough done. I should have done more."
