Author's tips!
The moon with stars represents the past of the characters:

The stars, flowers, and the little circle represents the skip of time for the characters:

"The stars above, the flowers below, the little tiny dots flying all around. They can be both the future and the past. It tells us what will happen without knowing any frame between them."
And lastly the twinkiling stars represent the present:
