I am an Assistant Professor of Social Services at New River Community and Technical College, located in Beaver, WV. I am also the Department Chair for Communications, Humanities, Social and Behavioral Sciences. I love to teach and engage students in exploring their feelings and bettering themselves. My favorite sentence is..."What Does That Look Like?" Which they tease me about. My goal is to get them to describe behavior so even the blind can vision the scene. 

I was born and raised in New Jersey and moved to West Virginia after completing undergraduate School at Northeastern Bible College, which has since merged with The King's College in New York City. I attended Rutger's University Medical School for a whopping one week, and came back to West Virginia to marry my first love. 

This book is a journey. It has taken many years to come to terms to write this story, but I believe the time has finally come.
