Hi LJ, and welcome back! I know, writing sometimes has to take a back seat for the rest of life. I haven't been on WP much myself lately, other than occasionally posting a chapter on the story I'm working on. On the positive side, I've been working on household projects and maintaining a vegetable garden. Having moved from the coast to the Mojave Desert (what I call California's "outback") a few years ago, everything I always knew about gardening is different. On the other hand, we are dealing with cataracts and creaky bones and other age-related issues, and I have a 22-year old grandson who has recently been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. He's taking it a day st a time, has a positive outlook, and is doing fine, for now at least. I hope your daughter is doing okay, and I'm glad you made it through the car crash. I hope you are recovering well from the fall, as well. My prayers will be with you and your family. And of course, I'll be sure to check out your latest story, too!

@KenWallin Hi Ken, it's LJBunyip here. I'm trying to come back to Wattpad for the second time.  My reasons for not continuing last year were our daughter's illness, a car crash ( we weren't hurt but very shaken) and a bad fall (me).  Things are smoothing out now, but I know I'm very behind in posting and reading.  I'll get back to your latest story soon. Hope you're keeping well.

Shortly after posting a new chapter, I began receiving notices, supposedly from Wattpad, about a "mandatory identification process" with a link to follow. Does anybody know if this is legit? I always assume that everything is a scam until proven otherwise, and something about it just seems off to me...
