Well, to be honest. There were a lot of ideas that are on my mind about that. The first would obviously be Izuku’s “Quirk” being a combination of Inko’s telekinesis and “Hisashi’s” Fire Breath Quirks. Since you overhauled the story, I think the Fire Manipulation Quirk might serve a ruse to Izuku’s actual Quirk which is an actual combination of Inko’s aforementioned Quirk and the eponymous All for One Quirk respectively. As a result, Izuku’s actual Quirk, would grant him the ability to not only give or take Quirks but also do so at a distance. There are others ideas that I have in mind as well would be the Unnamed Repulsion Quirk that was mentioned in the source material, alongside the Laser Bullet from the Heroes Rising. Another Quirk idea would be a Quirk that creates spheres of fire before he fires them like arrows towards anywhere or anyone that he chooses.
