Why won't wattpad let me follow back?!

Reaching 100 followers means I can finally do a "following sweep". It's just a term I made up for unfollowing people that don't/haven't followed back.
          
          To make it easy for me, I'll be UNFOLLOWING ALL the accounts I'm currently following AND then FOLLOW BACK ONLY the accounts following me...lol that's a lot of "following".
