How do you vote on stories what does that mean

So,,, anyone wanna give any advice on how to tag your stories specifically, how to make a good description n make cool titles? Or how to write a story at all bc it'd be v much appreciated :))

Things I'm bad at: thinking of titles, drawing covers, descriptions, writing down ideas, first chapters, what to tag, how to rate, steady updates
          Things I'm good at: basically thinking of some ideas and being like holy shit I wanna write that and end up not doing anything
