For those with braces, I hold you in my highest regard. Because these things are fricking painful!! If anyone has any tips or warnings I would appriciate it as I just got them on today :)

dont know how its like with braces but i wish ya luck. if ya need any tips i can only suggest not eating many solids like popcorn or chewing gum-- i heard it aint too good to do that during your braces period. im unsure though so dont trust me aha
