@Kid_Joker I’m starting my second year of high school in August and I understand. There were multiple people in middle school who drove me to where I tried to kill myself, so I get it. You just need to avoid them. They don’t know you. They don’t matter. Focus on your friends. The people who know the real you and appreciate you. High school is hard, but it’s not impossible. It can be fun. I can’t say I’m cured or anything because I’m very much not, but it gets better. For me, the teachers in high school were kinder. People are maturing. If they still aren’t kind to you, if they are still cruel, they aren’t worth your time. If you’re going to have a panic attack, focus on your breathing first. If you can, leaving the area and getting some fresh air is good. Washing your face in a bathroom helps as well. If it gets really bad, just ignore everyone else. They don’t understand and have no right to judge. And if they do understand, then they won’t judge you. Humanity is horrible but there are good people too. If you need to, you’re more than welcome to just come talk to me about something. I’m more than willing to listen and help if I can. Life is hard. High school is hard. People are hard. But you’re not alone.
