I sometimes remember Wattpad exists and check on my account every year or two and man it’s crazy how some of the fics I had added to my library years ago still get updated.
I moved to Ao3 a long while ago, but it’s nice to drop by for nostalgias sake every now and then(or when I’m REALLY desperate for fandom content to the point I’m pulling out live journal and ffn) and see how my account and those few writers who haven’t quit are doing.
To be honest, I’ve noticed Wattpad doesn’t really feel the same anymore, but I mean I’m definitely not the same either. I’m certainly not that little kid who would constantly check the newest results for a tag after school, that’s for sure. But still, it feels devoid of that love and passion for fandom that it used to have.
I think that’s kind of unfortunate. Fandoms just aren’t the same anymore, I think. Perhaps we’ve all outgrown Wattpad, or maybe it’s just me. To those who still use it, write and read on my friends :] I’ll be here, supporting on the sidelines.

Nearly had a mini heart attack due to the breach back in June- only now found out my info was breached and had to change my password. Worst thing about it is I was online back when the breach happened and I had suspected that something was going down but did nothing about it.
