@Kiki_yaashi01 good you are taking care of yourself work is important but don't take pressure stress it's not good for health eat ginger and pepper corn warm water for cold and cough add little bit of raw tumaric I am also taking it for my cold and congetion ok khun and I am doing fine I already have breakfast and make lunch also hehe ❤️❤️
