I’ve recently gotten into the habit of making myself a smoothie for breakfast the night before because otherwise I forget and just don’t eat anything. So anyway I was talking to mom my and she told me I need to put more into them then just frozen fruit soooooooo I made quite the concoction for myself. Two bananas, two scoops of vanilla protein powder, two teaspoons of cocoa powder, some milk, and like three spoonfuls of rocky road ice cream. I can’t wait to be morning me just to see if it actually works together.
