If he says it meaning his nose will grow in the future, it wouldn't grow, but if he meant that it'll grow now, it would due to the fact that the time he had said now and the time his nose grew would be even less than a second between the two, meaning even the slightest time makes the now he declared pass, due to a lack of what he means due to it being a sentence with a lack of detail the meaning can be unsure so at the end of the day there is no real correct answer to the question and is just based off a bunch of theoretical standpoints.
