Hey everyone, long time no hear. So, almost a year ago, I lost my mother. I thought nothing could get any worse.... It did! January 28th,2024, I lost my father to cancer. I never thought at 32 I'd lose both of my parents. Life can't prepare you for any of this. I've been struggling for a while mentally and emotionally. Hopefully, soon, I will start reading again and also writing again. So if you have any great books I can read, please send them. Hopefully it will bring me comfort.

Yall, I said my final goodbye to my mom today. Today has been beyond hard for me. I feel dead inside, and I hate it. I know my mom isn't suffering anymore, but this doesn't make the pain any less. 

Anybody else's comments messing up? I try and comment, and it says failed. 

Someone cheer me up and give me good books. Preferably black! Please, no teen books.

I'm in such a fucked up place mentally.  I just want my mother back!

Losing my mom today was the hardest shit ever. In my 31 years, I've never felt pain like this. I miss my mom already. 

I'm going to say this and I don't care how anybody feels. If Wattpad stepped hard behind Black Author's the way they do these others we would take over New Hollywood. I'm sorry the "After" movies are trash and then "Perfect Addiction" on Prime? I mean congratulations to these writers because this is a big accomplishment but... Yeah. This shit crazy

It's sad that I still have to ask this question but..... How come girls can stay friends with their bestfriend in these books? Everyone gotta be a snake or they stop being friends cause one disapprove of the others boyfriend? Like who hurt yall? Been friends since diapers then boom one a snake! Like huh

Maaan I took a step from wattpad as a writer and I don't regret it. These new readers are very much distasteful as hell. I simply read the comments for other books and I see why some don't have the motivation to write anymore. I low-key want to take my books down but I won't! I'm going to keep working on my 3rd cause  writing is what I love to do.
