It isn’t something you are able to understand. Your mind is intelligent, compared to the rest of the animal kingdom, but even humans have things greater than them, that they can never reach.
          This creature is something beyond explanation. It has no visible arms or legs. It just floats in the void of space, in-between existence and nonexistence, where no one else can ever be. It has no mouth and no nose, because it doesn’t breath like we do.
          It doesn’t like anything, or hate anything, but one thing it does and will do until the end of time, is watch us.
          It could end all of this in an instant. It could send a thought in our direction, a mere suggestion of absolute darkness and silence, and we would cease to exist.
          And yet we walk through our neighborhoods and drive through our cities, completely unaware of how incredibly ignorant and weak we truly are.
          We continue to exist, as death rots in our sky, and we have no idea what we are doing.
