I have always loved writing....ever since I was a little girl of 9 when I wrote my first poem entitled "Clouds". My father still carries that poem in his wallet to this day.  I remember the first story I ever wrote..."Home in Time for Halloween".  It doesn't sound too exciting now, but it got the attention of my 3rd grade teacher, who called a meeting with my parents to inform them that she thought they had a daughter who was "gifted". 

I have been writing fan fiction for the last few years, primarily about two of characters as portrayed by the British actor Richard Armitage.  Guy of Gisborne and Lucas North still occasionally haunt my dreams, due mainly to their tragic stories.  I try to give them the life and love I thought they deserved, but were never able to achieve.

My newest obsession is the television show "Chicago Fire".  I have a feeling that Kelly Severide and Matthew Casey will also be haunting my dreams for a while.  Their bravery as firefighters, their distinctively different personalities and their bitter rivalry all serve me and my words very well.

I also have a blog that I am very proud of.  My dream is to be the next Nora Ephron, but I suppose I'm just kidding myself. I say what I think...no holds barred.   I write fan fiction and poetry, all of which I will be posting here.  I write mostly about how a woman thinks, so don't say you haven't been warned.
