I honestly get a feeling of pure dread when I see the words ‘___ replied to a comment on ___’ because I then sit and try to figure out which rant/over sharing comment someone decided to read and reply to. I now don’t trust myself to add/reply to comments.
I got yelled at for calming my anxiety by making a daisy chain, I then got yelled at for playing with the lid of a pen. In the same lesson
