Hello all follows of me or my story, it's nearly been 2 years since my last update. Firstly I want give thanks while also giving an apology for my absence. If you've been reading my story since the beginning or have just started reading, Thank you for reading "Soul Strife" no matter when you did or how many chapters you read. It really does mean a lot looking at this account after so long. Now the apology part. Since about 2017 I had been struggling with life problems, which I will spare you all the long story but I would be a liar if I said that didn't affect my ability to write, but also playing a part in me not writing is well...I will be brutally honest, I am a notorious procrastinator as well as someone who gives up easily after not being happy with my work for so long. I apologize for my short comings in terms of my lack of action and confidence. Now for the big question, is Soul Strife over? It's hard to say to be honest. Even though I had stopped writing, I constantly thought of what happens in the story and where I want it to go. I even thought of doing a reboot of sorts and change things I don't like in the story but never even got close to doing it. I used to make the excuse of not writing because my laptop had stopped working and I wanted to write ONLY on a computer but after having a computer that I can use 24/7, I don't do it. The only thing that sparked my interest in the subject is a friend of mine asking about it. I want a good finish to Soul Strife as well as work on the many other stories in my head, all scrambling about fighting for dominance in my current stream of thoughts. it's weird to think about it now considering it's been nearly 10 years since I had that dream of Soul Strife and wrote it down not knowing what it was.
so I might finish it. I might scrap it and start over. I might leave it be and write other stories. It's uncertain in my mind at the moment. But I am certain that I want to thank and apologize to those for reading.
