So, I’m curious. Do any of you use writing programs like word or Wordpress etc. to write their stuff and then upload them here on WP? I am better at saving my stuff on a usb now ever since accidentally dumping a large swath of  a story. Twice. I now write and then transcribe it by hand over here - or on Inkitt. I must no longer just jump in and bang out chapters directly on the platform - it’s bad. Very bad. Easily my worst habit. If WP ever decides to arbitrarily wipe out a story - that’s it yeah? 
          	Let this be a year of common sense and rational application.

I'm so glad to read your last chapter.  I know you're taking this story slow (Has it been over a year?).  I really feel attached to your characters.  Your friendship and support,  writer to writer, really help.  Love reading your ever evolving tale.  Ready for the next chapter whenever you are.

@sugainmytee I love your writing. It’s so very, very good. So vibrant and alive. You inspire me to try harder, to take more chances - You made me realize that it’s fierce and good and all the things , to just dive in deep and write for the love of the characters, the story and the sheer satisfaction  of seeing them exist on the page.

Honestly, I feel exactly the same, like we have a real and heartfelt connection. So much so , that I get startled by the way things you write feel like they are literally something I was thinking It’s so crazy cool. There are so many things , and it so great.

Thanks :) I always feel  bad when I realize how long it’s been. I know it makes people drop the book, so I’m attempting to change my approach . I don’t ‘ pre-write’ a ‘ first draft’ and I should. There are so many fine writers here on WP and I was very close to fully leaving the platform for Inkitt, after the great ‘ age of consent’ culling, ( still fine, that. Btw. Unrealistic, but fine) but I found that it’s still  fun to write here.  I honestly missed some of the conversations with friends I made here, too. 
            I miss the direct messaging though. I guess some folks were being harassed on them, and that spoiled it for everyone. I didn’t have a great many private conversations, but I felt the few I had were meaningful. So I miss that. 
            You are both gracious and kind to have welcomed me back after another lull.  Thank you. You are lovely.

Hi Cuwo :) hey, it’s good to ‘see’ you , too.  I know I’m dreadful , the way I lose time in immersion and then realize I’ve been lost , and more time has passed than I thought. I should keep better track of myself and respect others a little more by trying to maintain continuity. Self absorption and detachment  can get the better of my intentions.  I hope you have been well , my kind and lovely friend.
