You didn’t ask for feedback, but I wanted to say this anyway. You’re genuinely good. 'Hidden Piece' isn’t usually the type of story I gravitate toward, but I branched out, and I’m glad I did. Knowing you wrote this on the fly while getting ready for school, you still managed to hook me, and that says a lot. I really enjoyed it. You’ve got something here. Please don’t let negative comments discourage you, keep writing.
