How do I get Text-To-Speech on my stories?

The story "The Strongest Human" is getting overhauled again. I genuinely didn't like how I was going to portray the main character, and wanted to overhaul it to how I have him envisioned in my head.
          
          There will be a clan war or anything of the sorts in my initial concept of how I envisioned it, but the Sakanoue Clan will not return, as I have him forsaken his name per request of his mother (in the new story revamp), and there will be a new clan that will takes it's place under the main characters leadership.
          
          Some other things will also change as well, but currently I will withhold that information, but I will say this....THE MAIN CHARACTER IS OUT FOR REVENGE.

A High School DxD x Tokyo Ghoul story will happen. I haven't seen many stories doing this crossover, so I might as put my hand in the proverbial pot.
          
          Plus my muse wouldn't shut up about it.

Ideas after ideas .... My muse, smh she's quite frankly frantic ad hell... She keeps giving me more and more ideas, to which ... are currently in a vault. 
          
          Seriously, she just randomly popped up and gave me the inspiration for a Taimanin and High School DxD with a original character as the main protagonist (which in canon Taimanin the main protagonist changes each game). Now, I haven’t been in the world of Taimanin in years, so this will be a bit difficult to do. Plus, I haven’t seen many or any other stories doing this crossover.
          
          I will have this story in my drafts (aka THE VAULT), since this idea is really intriguing. Although, the erotic aspect of the games, hentai, and visual novels will be dailed down greatly, as I can not in good faith write a story with various women being violated in various ways. 
          
          As for sone information of the oc, he will be a male Taimanin, and will be akind to a male version of Azusa Kiichi. That's all I will say for now.

          This absolute bullshit!!! WATTPAD FIX YOUR APP PLEASE AND THAN YOU!!!

Has anybody notice the spacing glitch? Because for some unknown reason everytime I edit or make a draft, and while I save them and go into reader mode there is an unnecessary space when there shouldn't be one. 
          
          If anyone has notice this as well please let me know how to fix it, because it is irritating the hell out of me.

Y'know what?! After getting the volumes of DxD that feature the ExE beings. Since those from the ExE world, and them technically being considered "aliens" ... I've decided to make a DxD story that'll involve aliens as well as the Supernatural beings from the DxD universe. Although, the alien specieses will be mostly in universe but different galaxies (like our own universe).
