A love for poetry sprouted slowly, but my love for writing sprouted quicker. 

I've been writing since the 4th Grade. Always coming up with something. But, in that time of naivety, my sisters had been sent to a mental hospital. No one ever thought of the effect it would have on me. I was in the 4th grade. I stayed in her room the entire time she was gone. In all honesty, my writing improved. I wrote stories to cope with it all. My stories have always been representations of my own life. Whether it be little pieces or big pieces. Writing these stories have greatly impacted my life in the best way I could've asked for. I love making new characters and writing them into my stories. Like everyone in this world, I have hopes and dreams too. I dream to be an author with books published. I hope to get better at writing. There will always be room for improvement. I love writing and I love that people love my stories. I will always be able to write a good story if time is given. 

What defines a good story? 
A good story to me is a story that made me feel something. An emotion. If they get you feeling a certain emotion, then they did a good job at writing the story.
