I'm sixteen, British, currently writing a fantasy trilogy destined to (hopefully) be published. I'm very much into fantasy, Lord of the Rings and Inheritance especially, and I also like science-fiction (The Hunger Games and the Uglies series). Doctor Who and Sherlock are also pretty high up there on my "awesomeness" list. I like learning new, intruiging words, biology and animals; I also love maths (even though I'm not particularly excellent at it, I still find it really interesting), history - and not boring history, ie. "... and the Norman William became King in 1066...", droning on and on, but instead finiding out about how people really lived and acted, ie. "The deafening din of the surrounding battle crushed William's ears. He picked himself up off the ground and yanked his sword out of the body of the dead pikeman. Fool, he thought..." etc. My favourite periods of history are the Victorian era, the Tudors, the Middle Ages and Antiquity. So, there you have it. Myself in a nut shell.
