Hello everyone!
          	
          	So I'm alive (if anyone is still following me or remembers me).
          	I feel like an explanation is in order, so I'll give a brief one even though you all deserve so much more. 
          	The last time I posted, February 2017, (TWO YEARS AGO), I had just started a new job and was juggling being a full-time college student and a full-time employee constantly picking up shifts. I've had MANY ups and downs over the past two years, one up being I graduated college with honors even though I was convinced I had failed my last semester. Over the past two years I have not only graduated college, but also experienced romance, had a car accident, moved out on my own, got an adorable black cat, was promoted, have been in multiple weddings, left my job, had some heartbreak, got a new job, was promoted, and currently want nothing more than to be the writer I once was. While having a decent job is an amazing opportunity to pay off bills and grow, all I have been able to think about is how much writing. Writing had changed my life during a difficult time and I desperately need to get back to it, especially now. 
          	I wanted to thank you all for the countless messages, emails, and comments. I read them and I really wished I had written back, but it's been a difficult few years and I never felt like I could explain myself or promise to upload the next chapter of a book when I didn't feel devoted to it. 
          	
          	So here's my plan, and I've put a lot of thought into it.
          	I've been re-reading The Deal Maker series and even The Possessive Creator series and really want to continue working on them to publish them (whether it be self-publish or go to a company, either way I want a hard copy to hold and sell). 
          	Ultimately, I really want to continue Joanna's story because I have SOOOO much to tell on it, you have no idea. I don't have a time frame, but I AM working on it daily.

@Kissmeyoufool I was so freaking worried it's not even okay. I'm so happy you're doing well- mental health/physical health and happiness should always come first. However, with that said, I cannot put into words how excited I am to continue reading Matthew and Joanna's story. I've been following these for what seems like forever, and in all actuality, probably  around 5 years. This is my favorite series, of all time, and that in and incredibly high compliment. You deserve to make millions off these, and millions need to read them. I am ecstatically grateful and waiting patiently for the next update

@Kissmeyoufool Thank God you're not dead! Yikes!  That thought did cross my mind a time or two as well. But I didn't give up hope and I'm so happy you will continue Joanna's story. I have always felt so attached to her character and I want to see what plans you have for her. You'll continue to have my support no matter how long it takes.

Guys!!!!! I've finally heard back from Currie (aka kissmeyoufool). She's alive and well!!!! I'm beyond ecstatic and so relieved because I've been so worried about our favorite author. I genuinely hope she does continue writing, but if not, I'm just happy to hear from her! I hope I don't sound too crazy but I just connected with her books so much.❤️❤️

Hi! You there?! Miss you and your writing especially the deal maker series... Please come back and finish it. I can't get it out of my head. Never waited this long for a book to be completed. I'm usually a binge reader. Hope you're doing well (in a sense alive!). Since you've been AWOL for a lonnggg  time. I wanna read your other works that you surely would've written in the last five years and hope you read my fb message too! Come baccckkkk!!!

I am assuming you've given up on Joanna's story  continueing for us here on... the last time you mentioned anything in regards to it was back in 2019. It's been 2 years? I realize life happens, I'd just like to request that if you've gotten these finished and or published, could you let me know where I can get them as I need to see what happens with them all. It's such an amazingly written incredibly difficult storyline to put down, never mind just ending like it has now. It is a obsession, no addiction I needed back then, and the cravings haven't eased in what 4 years since the last update. I hope you're still well. Just a little idea of what we can expect would be greatly appreciated.
