I think I haven't been getting my notifications for the last 2 days o.O Or any updates for that matter. Normally I get at least a dozen notifications a day (some liked such-and-such comment, someone followed this story, someone updated their story, so-and-so posted a new story) but I just realized that I haven't seen any updates since yesterday morning before I went to work. So if you commented on something and I haven't answered back, then its because I still haven't seen it lol. I swear I'm not dead XD

O.o I did it, I decided to go ahead and start publishing Engraved. I still haven't gotten to chapter 5, but I am getting the writing bug back and am hoping that if I start publishing the chapters it will provide the last push needed to get my butt in gear lol. I wanted to fix the cover a bit, but apparently that option is down right now (?) so I couldn't make the changes I wanted to. Guess I'll have to wait on that.
          
          Anyways! I hope you guys like this newest addition to my books! I rewrote this first chapter so many time that it might very well be the most polished chapter of my life lmao. Not that that means it isn't still riddled with errors hahaha. Anyway, I hope to hear back from everyone on how they feel about my newest work :)

The urge to write comes now... while I am waiting for the bus... sigh. Figures. Just watch, by the time I get home it'll be gone again ToT. Still I'll take it as a win that I finally feel like writing, rather than the measly progress I've been making while trying to drag the motivation out of myself! I've been working on going through Broken the last couple days; maybe that's why.

I've made zero progress with writing anything new, but I have managed to focus enough to 'edit' (we all know how loosely I need to use that word lol) and update my notes on another ten chapters of Broken :) Only 52 more to go... lmao. How has that book gotten so long XD Still, if I can keep powering through it like I have been the last 2 days, then I might be able to get started on the next chapter soon :) Just finishing up on the 'Selection Arc' and about to dive into the 'Yejun Arc'.

Sadness! Finally got some motivation and got another 800 words written on chapter 4... but I am falling asleep at the computer lol. I keep forgetting where I am in the sentences XD So now I have to go to bed. Hopefully the motivation sticks with me though the night and tomorrow morning's work. If so then I think I can get chapter 4 done tomorrow, and maybe even get started on chapter 5! Once I get chapter five done I will start posting them :)
          
          Anyway, I think my brain is making even this post only partially coherent, so I am off to bed! Night all. Oh, and Happy Mother's day! (I totally forgot about it before someone messaged me earlier and reminded me hahaha)

Well... managed to write 800 words before in less than an hour, before even having 3 sips of my morning coffee. the problem? I had to write out another random but possibly interesting story concept before I forgot, and did not dedicate those words to an actual work-in-progress!! Grrr... It's been over a month again since my last update :( I am gonna try and ride this writing motivation train into getting back on chapter 4 of Engraved. If I can get up to chapter 5 done, then I will start posting the new book. I wish I could get some creative motivation flowing for the books already out, but it just isn't happening. I think its because It's been so long since I worked on them that I need to go back and read them to refresh my memory and motivation. Unfortunately (or fortunately if it had been for any other time) the last 3 years since starting to write on Wattpad have been my most productive ever, and that means that I don't have to read just a couple chapters to catch my brain back up... no, in some cases I have to reread 2 or 3 completed books! Editing while I do so. So it will take time :( ugh.
          
          Also, why have I written this post before having my coffee?! Now I have written a Uncaffinated-Kit rant!! I always say I should answer comments before my morning coffee. It appears that I shouldn't do updates either lol. This whole thing is probably rather rambling XD Oh well, I'm gonna post it anyways XD

So, just saw they added a new genre system here. In general I approve, but I did find the categorization a little clunky to the point where the old method of just typing in key words like before may have just been better. While organizing my books in it I found myself thinking things like 'well, I guess it could be seen as being in this category...' or 'Hmmm, strange they don't have so-and-so option, but I guess this one is the next best thing' :p. But I approve of the concept at least lol. Now to wait an see how it works out I suppose. Have to say i didn't think I'd be spending an hour of my night doing this lmao. And I only did it for my published works, never mind the ones with a couple chapters just sitting there unpublished XD

Hello, I hope the snices are still being kept at bay?

If there is a god, then he is playing a super funny April fools joke on me today. Everything has been turned into ice... I'll probably die on my way to work :( I still can't feel parts of my leg from the last fall, and only just lost the weird lump on my knee cap lmao. Guess the world wants me to have at least one lass  fall before the spring gets here properly XD

So.. Ah... I went and did it again. I had another idea for a book (technically a two part duology I suppose) and spent the morning writing thousands of words on the time line of them rather than actually using that motivation to get another chapter written of a book I am currently struggling to find motivation to write. Typical me lol. However, i think the new idea is pretty cool, and it has a twisted ending (book one) and then the MC of the second book changes... and for once it would me writing a story with a male MC O<O. Shocking, I know lol. I think I only ever wrote a male MC once in my life, and that male was actually a flaming wolf-monster with three tails, so...
          
          Anyway, I have added them to the list of 30 (literally) other books that are in the backlog, just waiting for me to have the time and motivation to get to them... Sadness lol
