I'm not sure- no promises!- but think I might be able to shake off this lack of motivation and get back into writing again! I hope at least lol. I mean, admittedly- before I ever started writing here for others to read- my breaks between writing have stretched on longer than this. I would typically go thought a cycle of: a few months reading non-stop, then writing for a couple months, and then gaming before starting all over again. So having the last 3 year stretch of writing about 1k words a day, nearly every day, was already the longest I wever went in writing non-stop :p So I guess that it really shouldn't have come as a surpise that my brain shut off of writing for a while... But it really was a surprise lol.
Still, I think I might be able to shake it off soon. I've started putting the books down more fequently, so my reading has slowed. And I've started thinking about my stories more often as well. I think both are good signs that I should be getting back into writing. Finally! Its been what? 5 months? Ugh.
I don't think I'll be able to imidiatly hop back into my current ongoing works, but rather I think I'll start up a new book in the hopes that it will reignite my motivation. With any luck I will them be able to get back into the others again. I especially want to continue on with Broken, and was really hoping to get started on the next instalment of Enna. (but for Enna I will first have to go through the last three books to refresh my memory on names and the like hahaha)
