You should really talk about this to someone that is very close to you , so they can help you from outside , or contact the police if that is too intense ! If you are doing very bad mentally , i'd suggest you and your sister to go to the therapist as soon as possible , so they can maybe help you. It can deeply affect you two ! Is there anything i can do to help you ?
