Probably something you’re free not to do, but I think there was an episode in The Next Mutation where cops encountered Mikey before Leo tampered with their car and it took off with the cops chasing it.
Anyway, I kind of imagine a battle aftermath, Foot, Kraang, whatever, and a police car arrives, but Mikey was too late to get away and the officers force him to place his hands on a wall and they begin to search him while the other turtles try to think of a solution to rescue their brother.
