I recently (a whole 2 minutes ago) have come to the realisation that when I edit a chapter and republish it, it does not just slot it back into where it belongs, it just moves it to the end of the book. I'm sorry for the total fuckuping I have done, no more editing, I think I've fixed the problem but please tell me if I haven't. Cheers.
