I headcanon that Wally's hair is like.. undeniable fluffy and strangely thick when his hair is done, sometimes when he and Julie have like sleepovers.. Julie would put those cute hairclips (Most of them are Hello kitty theme) and Wally keeps those Hairclips that Julie allowed him to keep and just.. Those hello kitty hairclips are one of his most Sentimental things in his life now.
