Anyone here?

The world is a cold and unforgiving place and I am lost in it's embrace,
          
          I wander through the streets, searching for hope in every face i meet,
          
          but as I pass by the broken souls, i only see despair and disgrace,
          
          their anguished faces etched with pain, and tears that leave a salty trace,
          
          A life of hardship they can't seem to replace,
          
          Desperate and hopeless, this is the new human race.
          
          Where the world is a canvas painted in shades of grey,
          
          I look at the abandoned playground, where children once used to play,
          
          Now rust and neglect have taken over, and the swings creak and sway,
          
          Gone is the innocent laughter that rang throughout the day,
          
          Now all the kids have gone away,
          
          Their youthful innocence replaced by cynicism and decay
          
          i see a man in the corner, holding a sign, asking for hope,
          
          He's been forgotten by society, struggling to cope,
          
          He desperately holds onto life, clinging onto a frail rope,
          
          He's barely hanging on, his knuckles white with strain,
          
          He tries to smile but it's all in vain,
          
          The world is a cold and unforgiving place, 
          
          and we are lost in it's icy embrace,
          
          The world is a cruel and heartless place,
          
          and we, it's unwilling victims
          
          We are prisoners of our own minds
          
          and our thoughts are our jailers
          
          

In the shadows of her heart, she weeps,
          Where pain blooms, and loneliness creeps.
          A soul adrift, in a tempest of remorse,
          Each step forward, a deeper, darker course.
          
          With trembling hands, she holds and cares,
          Yet beneath the surface, a storm she dares.
          Her love, like fragile glass, shatters fast,
          Leaving wounds that time cannot outlast.
          
          Her intentions pure, her spirit kind,
          But fate's cruel hand, leaves scars behind.
          In the dance of affection, she falters and falls,
          Leaving echoes of sorrow within silent walls.
          
          Haunted by ghosts of mistakes she made,
          She longs for redemption, her heart betrayed.
          But like a bird with broken wings, she cannot fly,
          As loved ones leave, tears staining the sky.
          
          Oh, the burden of a heart torn and frayed,
          In Ari's soul, anguish firmly laid.
          Forgiveness sought, but hard to find,
          For Ari, who leaves love shattered behind.
          
          A creature of darkness, she feels her soul condemned
          Overwhelmed by pain, she feels like a monster
          In her reflection, anguish grows stronger
          “Monsters do not feel pain” she whispers in vain
